Gifford Construction is the vision of founder KC Gifford IV, a UT alum who has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years. Starting at one of the largest corporate home-building companies gave KC insight into the complexity of building. It taught him the benefits of having a quality crew you can rely on to execute the client’s vision. KC set out to create a company where he could be more hands-on and emphasize the importance of attention to detail because the culmination of those details separates a house from a home. Since 2008, KC and his thoughtfully assembled crew have brought those key principles into his business, resulting in beautiful and timeless builds for families all over the Houston metro area.

Aria Silver joined Gifford Construction in the summer of 2023. Her dual loves of artistic design and orderly structure combine perfectly in her role as project coordinator and designer. Aria loves to craft functional, beautiful spaces for clients, assisting them with everything from permitting, budgets, product selection and spatial layout. Her goal is always to build something creative, practical and beautiful.

Martina Adell - Operations Manager
Danny Capetillo joined Gifford Construction in the summer of 2022. As a project manager, he oversees the daily responsibilities of active sites and acts as the liaison between designer, trades and client. Danny’s background in the culinary world prepared him well for this complicated task and he utilizes those skills honed in the kitchen to ensure our teams executes everything flawlessly. Watching a client walk into a space that matches their vision is his favorite part of the job.

Martina Adell joined Gifford Construction in 2024. Martina's experience comes from a decade of sales management for craft breweries across Texas, giving her a a wide variety of skills and a unique ability to handle anything thrown at her. She excels at improving communications, managing organization, and problem-solving any challenge. Martina is always looking to provide new and unique ways to make the team more efficient in daily interactions, making the building process easy for the client.
